Luffa

A Plant with Many Perks

Luffas (or loofahs) are a natural product that grows from April through the first frost, which is typically October in Texas. Luffas make great cat toys, food for chincillas, rabbits & guinea pigs, and obviously wonderful bath luxury. If you are the creative type, luffas can be painted, glittered, sculpted, glued and cut into many shapes & sizes. If you’re a soap crafter, luffas make a great exfoliant addition. Our next addition to the line will be fresh luffas (green) to be used to aid in sinus pain alleviation.

I will admit i was skeptical but i was wrong. My skin looks and feels so much better. This product is the best exfoliatant straight from a plant. Im still stocked. I have known Deb since she started growing luffas, and she has put her heart and soul into this. And a lotta love, she makes art and practical items with her luffas. She has made use of her plants in other ways, for the bees for one. Deb is a very unique person, she is a asset to her community. And I love her for all she does. I have a luffa difusser that works great, ya gotta get one.

I met Deb Terrell at Lola's at the end of March. She is so interesting to speak with & I learned so much about Loofahs, bees & honey. It was really cool! I ended up buying some of the soap. It is FABULOUS ... I highly recommend it. I will be buying honey from her in the future. I had just recently bought some & didn't need it at that moment. I recommend stopping by her booths if you see her. It is really educational & she is a wonderful person.
